Natural Sand Hill Turquoise Cabochons
Sand Hill turquoise was discovered in Henan, an area north of the famous Yungai turquoise mine. This variety of turquoise displays earthy, rustic browns, and tan shades, along with pastel blue body colors. Sand Hill turquoise has incredible matrix patterns that are unique and striking in every stone. Turquoise Moose acquired Sand Hill turquoise in 2019, and it soon became a top favorite for many jewelry designers. Unfortunately, this source was depleted in 2020, making the Sand Hill turquoise a rare find.
