Returns and Refunds
Turquoise Moose wants you to be thrilled with every one of your purchases. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items/orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- For non-damaged items, we'll only be refunding via store credit and the buyer is responsible for the cost of your return postage
- We do not allow any refunds past 30 days of you receiving your order
- All returns and exchanges will be handled within 3-7 business days upon our receiving the items
- There will be no refunds for digital courses/products
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Take a picture of these products
- Submit your return request here, and once your return is confirmed by us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email (for non-damaged items, upon our approval of returns, please purchase your own shipping label and inform us the tracking information to info@tqmoose.com)
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:
- It should take at most one week for the refund to hit your payment method. If you opted for store credit, it should take less than 24 hours for you to receive a code with the credit.
- We never charge any restocking fee for returns and refunds
