Turquoise Moose wants you to be thrilled with every one of your purchases. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- For non-damaged items, we'll only be refunding via store credit
- We do not allow any refunds past 30 days of you receiving your order
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Take a picture of these products
- Send us an email @ email@example.com or Instagram @turquoise_moose message us with the pictures and a quick reason on the return
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- It should take at most one week for the refund to hit your payment method. If you opted for store credit, it should take less than 24 hours for you to receive a code with the credit.
- We'll never charge any restocking fee for returns and refunds
